SHIPPING POLICY

UK POST

Royal Mail first class

This is our standard service, which is sent with Royal Mail 24. Prices are from £1.99, and is free if you spend over £30. Delivery aim is 1-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery

Sent with Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery by 1pm' service; should you select this shipping rate, your order will arrive the next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note you must place your order before 12pm midday to ensure your order will be dispatched that day. e.g. If your order is received before 12pm on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL POST

We deliver to all of Europe and much of the rest of the world; if you can't find your country as a shipping rate, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

International Standard

Our standard delivery is with Royal Mail's 'International Standard' post, of which the delivery aim is 5-10 working days. Please do allow extra for busy periods such as Christmas.

International Tracked

We also offer a tracked service for some countries; please contact us for your tracking code and we can give this information to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are unused and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to:

We aim to handle your returns within five working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. Refunds will be given via payment method supplied at time of ordering (ie. If paid with PayPal, funds will be refunded through PayPal.)
